The Broken Hill Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis in the Boulder and Kalgoorlie area. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service in a vibrant, quick-paced venue setting.

Reporting directly to the Bar Manager and Venue Owner, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our establishment.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Overseeing front-of-house operations to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
n
Supervising, guiding,



and supporting food and beverage staff during service
n
Ensuring consistently high standards of customer service and quality control
n
Assisting with daily bar workflows, stock handling, and maintaining presentation standards
n
Collaborating with management to uphold venue policies and safety regulations
n
n
We are looking for a reliable professional who thrives in a team-oriented setting and can lead by example. The successful candidate will receive a competitive full-time salary of A$79,423 per year.
