Camden Council's Waste & City Presentation Branch are looking for a Team Leader Waste Collections to provide leadership and direction to Council's Waste Collections team. The successful applicant will coordinate the delivery of a safe and effective waste service that is responsive and customer focused whilst contributing to the delivery of a healthy urban and natural environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead an operational team in service delivery
n
High level customer service & effective communication skills
n
Experience in electronic scheduling and fleet management systems or other relevant experience
n
HR drivers licence with experience operating heavy vehicles
n
Sound computer skills
n
Relevant qualifications for Selection and modifications of traffic control plans (or preparedness and ability to obtain)
n
Experience in operating a side loading vehicle
n
Formal qualification or recognised training in Chain of Responsibility
n
Experience within Local Government
n
