The Opportunity:
n Due to increasing demand and continued business growth, TLH Training Group is seeking Trainers and Assessors across a range of qualifications. We are looking for dedicated, passionate and student-focused professionals who can deliver high-quality assessment services and training experiences.

We Are Currently Recruiting RPL Trainers And Assessors For The Following Qualifications:

CPC***** Certificate III in Carpentry
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Joinery
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Concreting
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying
n
CPC***** Certificate IV in Building and Construction
n
CPC***** Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)
n
n
Ideal Candidates Will Have
n
n
Relevant qualifications for the area in which you train and assess
n




Current industry experience and currency in your field
n
TAE***** or equivalent Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
n
Two or more years of industry experience in any industry at business admin/management role
n
At least one year of training experience
n
Ability to deliver Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments confidently and compliantly
n
Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centric approach
n
Strong time management and documentation skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a quick-paced training environment
n
Ability to provide constructive feedback on student's assessments
n
Ability to counsel students on their participation and performance
n
Ability to submit unit outcomes within agreed timelines
n
Ability to create and implement sessions plans
n
Ability to create Trainers' Matrices
n
Ability to adhere to RTO's policies and procedures
n
n
