Since opening in **** as New South Wales' first multi-specialist and 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital, we've supported thousands of pets, their families, and referring veterinarians through some of their most challenging moments.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first people our clients meet and a critical part of their journey with us. Your compassion, professionalism, and communication skills will help create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

About the Role
n
Working as part of a busy specialist and emergency hospital, you will:
n
n
Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
n
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
n
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and admissions
n
Support emergency presentations and patient arrivals
n
Assist with estimates, billing, and payment
processingCommunicate
effectively with veterinarians, nurses, and support teams
n
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
n
Help deliver an exceptional experience throughout every stage of the client journey
n
n
About You
n
You are an experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
n
You will bring:
n
n




Previous experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing roles
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Excellent organisational and administration abilities
n
A calm, skilled, and compassionate approach
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team
n
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
n
Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or specialist services is highly regarded but not essential.
