About the Role
n
As our Strata Team Leader, you will:
n
n
Lead, mentor and support a team of strata professionals to achieve service excellence.
n
Build solid client relationships and provide trusted advice on strata governance and operations.
n
Support the team in managing complex matters and resolving challenges effectively.
n
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, by-laws and industry standards.
n
Drive proactive strategies that improve service delivery and community-living outcomes.
n
Encourage accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
n
n
About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
A minimum of five years' strata management experience and strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry practices.
n
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire others.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service and positive community outcomes.
