Join our high-end aesthetic clinic in the heart of Sydney CBD. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist / Dermal Therapist to work alongside experienced cosmetic doctors and deliver exceptional, tailored skin and aesthetic treatments to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities
n
Assist cosmetic doctors with injectable procedures, laser treatments, and advanced clinical skin therapies.
n
Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations, skin assessments, and post-care follow-ups to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
n
Perform clinical treatments utilizing advanced modalities, including XERF, microneedling, HydraFacial, and medical-grade laser devices.
n




Maintain rigorous clinical cleanliness, safety standards, and accurate client record-keeping.
n
Foster warm, trusting, and long-term relationships with a premium client base.
n
About you
n
Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, or a recognized Cosmetic / Dermal Certificate.
n
Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in the cosmetic or dermal industry.
n
Proven experience or familiarity operating clinical skin and laser devices.
n
Excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
