About the role
n We are looking for permanent full-time Storepersons at our Blacktown site operating between the hours of 7:00am to 4:30pm, with the advantage of having a shorter day on Fridays between 7am – 2pm. As a Warehouse Operator, you'll report to the Warehouse Team Leaders and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, goods, and products to meet business operations and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, and process distribution orders to meet daily delivery schedules
n
Safely receive, store, and dispatch stock in line with warehouse procedures
n
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organise stock efficiently
n
Unload containers and support customer interactions as required
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐organised warehouse environment in line with WHS standards
n
Complete manual handling tasks safely and correctly
n
Participate in cycle counts and stocktakes to support inventory accuracy
n




Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations
n

What you will bring to the role
n
n
A valid Forklift Licence with 2+ years' experience in counterbalance and high‐reach operation
n
A strong safety mindset and understanding of WHS requirements
n
Good communication skills and a team‐focused approach
n
A methodical, accurate work style with good numeracy skills
n
Basic IT skills and confidence completing paperwork and stock counts
n
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods handling
n
Flexibility to support different warehouse tasks as needed
n
Strong attention to detail and a positive, can‐do attitude
n
