We are seeking an experienced HC Driver to join our Regency Park branch on a full time basis. The role involves transporting earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently to customer sites, branches, and project locations.

Please note: Machinery operators should only apply if they have heavy haulage experience and hold a HC class driver's license.
n
Duties of the Position:
n
n
Transportation of oversized loads to customer sites
n
Competently carry out all relevant pre-start checks prior to transportation
n
Ensure all loads are secure prior to and during transportation
n
Meet all safety criteria ensuring safety of self and others
n
Carry out maintenance on both truck and equipment where necessary
n




Customer focused with a proactive approach and willingness to be a team player
n
Capable of loading and unloading equipment independently
n
Local deliveries to site - driving based mainly on highways and interstate
n
n
Essential Criteria:
n
n
Must possess a HC Driver's License
n
Forklift License preferred
n
Practice & perform to OH&S; standards
n
Experience in long distance trips
n
Heavy haulage experience
n
Quad and Dolly experience preferred
n
Competent in performing routine maintenance on machines
n
2+ years' experience in transportation of oversized loads
n
Be able to pass a Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
n
