Our client is seeking a Transformational Analyst to join their high-performing team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key transformation initiatives, partnering with finance and operational stakeholders to improve processes, enhance reporting and support business-wide change.

Key Responsibilities

Support business transformation and continuous improvement projects
n
Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
n
Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives
n
Develop reporting and provide analysis to support business decisions
n
Assist with system implementations and process optimisation
n
Support project delivery, documentation and change management activities
n
Provide commercial insights and recommendations to improve business performance
n

About you
n
n




Previous experience in transformation, business analysis or process improvement
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Advanced Excel skills, with ERP systems experience highly regarded
n
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
n
