The role will involve a combination of administration, patient care and sales. You'll be joining a supportive and fun team of optometrists and dispensers, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming and greeting children, families and visitors
n
Responding to phone calls, emails and face-to-face enquiries in a warm and professional manner
n
Helping families with frame selection and sales
n
Maintaining spectacle frame and office stock
n
Keeping the practice organised and looking its best
n
Supporting our optometrists and dispensing team
n
Learning basic optical dispensing skills
n
Developing your skills and working towards becoming a qualified optical dispenser if you're looking for a career in the industry
