The Role: Disability Support Worker
n
n
Provide full personal care and daily living support within a 24/7 care team
n
Assist with protected Manual Handling, repositioning and transfers
n
Complete Medication Administration and basic household support
n
Diabeties Management
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n




Certificate III in Health Care (or higher) (Disability, Aging or individual support)
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or complex care
n
Current Manual Handling and Medication Sdministration Certification
n
Current First Aid and CPR
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
n
