People First Healthcare is a growing organisation operating across healthcare, allied health, imaging, construction and home modifications. We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Compliance and Assets Officer to join our team.

This is a diverse, hands-on role responsible for coordinating procurement, supplier and contractor relationships, third‐party provider networks, fleet and asset management across People First Healthcare, People First Workforce, InOne Healthcare and Ace Renovation Group.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Sourcing and managing suppliers, contractors and service providers.
n
Coordinating third‐party allied health and healthcare provider networks.
n
Obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing and identifying cost‐saving opportunities.
n
Managing supplier, provider and contractor agreements and renewals.
n
Coordinating provider credentialing, compliance and documentation.
n
Monitoring supplier and provider performance.
n
Managing Group fleet, fuel cards, vehicle servicing and renewals.
n
Maintaining Group‐wide asset and supplier registers.
n
Supporting procurement of construction,



maintenance and operational equipment.
n
Developing and improving procurement, vendor and asset management processes.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
n
Experienced in contractor management, vendor management, supplier management, or fleet management or a similar role.
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
n
Commercially minded with strong administration skills.
n
Confident managing multiple suppliers, providers and stakeholders.
n
Proactive, practical and comfortable working independently.
n
Strong with systems, administration and reporting.
n
Experienced in healthcare, allied health, NDIS, construction or a multi‐business environment (desirable).
n
