The Role:
n
We're seeking a motivated Security Engineer to grow our security function and maintain security operations. You will lead vulnerability management, cloud security engineering, identity/access governance, and help harden our enterprise platform to industry standards.
n
What You'll Do:
n
n
Lead vulnerability management across AWS Cloud, applications, and on-prem environments
n
Own and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures at swipejobs
n
Produce security metrics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
n
Support audit and compliance efforts including SOC2 and ISO *****
n
Monitor security alerts and coordinate incident response with our MSSP (Expel)
n
Design and implement scalable IAM and PAM solutions across AWS and enterprise systems
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n




Experience in security roles such as analyst, engineer, or architect
n
Strong AWS security skills including networking, IAM, and monitoring tools
n
Solid understanding of vulnerability management and cloud risk
n
Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM tools and governance practices
n
Scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
n
Familiarity with SOC2/ISO audits and tools like Expel, ELK stack, Kafka, MongoDB, Spark
n
