What you'll actually be doing

Building budgets, forecasts and financial models directly with site and operational leaders - not just producing numbers, but shaping decisions
n
Digging into commercial contracts and partner agreements to find where profitability can improve
n
Running the analysis behind current site investments and growth initiatives
n
Building out Power BI dashboards that people actually use
n
Getting in front of stakeholders, presenting, challenging assumptions, and being taken seriously while you do it
n

What you'll bring
n
n
CA or CPA qualified, degree in Accounting, Commerce or related
n
3+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering
n
Strong budgeting, forecasting and modelling chops, advanced Excel, comfortable in Power BI
n
Confidence to challenge and influence - not just report the numbers
n
Background in FMCG, retail, product businesses highly regarded, but not essential
n
