About the Role
n
As an educator, you will:
n
n
Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families
n
Create safe, engaging, and inclusive environments
n
Plan and implement experiences that respond to children's interests and developmental needs
n
Contribute to the development and delivery of the educational program
n
Support a positive team culture through collaboration and professionalism
n
Maintain high standards of supervision, care, and compliance
n
n
What We're Looking For

We're seeking educators who:
n
n
Have strong availability across the week, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons essential
n
Are committed, reliable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
n
Are committed to being a consistent presence for children, families, and colleagues
n
Are looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term position
n
Have experience working in OSHC, Long Day Care, Kindergarten, or another education and care setting (highly regarded)
n
Have experience contributing to or leading educational programs
n
Demonstrate initiative and can work confidently within established systems
n
Value consistency and understand the importance of their role in children's lives
n
Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
n
Take pride in maintaining professional standards
n

Requirements
n
n
Current Blue Card
n
Certificate III, Diploma, or ACECQA-approved qualification (or actively working towards)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
n
Valid work rights in Australia
n
n
