Identify new ways of growing ambassador networks; develop and execute expansion strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset.
n
Recruit ambassadors directly, while also partnering with marketing on recruitment strategies to drive candidates to the platform to onboard and join the program.
n
Launch the program in new markets, taking a hands‐on, entrepreneurial approach where needed.
n
Manage in‐country logistics (swag fulfillment, event support, local vendor relationships).
n
Voice of the region
n

n
Partner closely with the global program leads to report and tell the overall story on program performance
n
Partner across the business
n
Partner with Legal/Compliance on contracts and payment requirements as the program scales into new markets.
n

n
Partner with the global Program Manager to adapt the global playbook to local needs, and flag market‐specific risks or opportunities back into the global strategy.
