Our client is a family-owned Australian food manufacturing business based in Orange, NSW. The company produces high-quality chilled food products and has built a strong reputation for flavour, quality and consistency.

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Process Worker to join their production team.
n
Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)
n
As a Process Worker, you will play an important role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Measuring and dispensing dry and liquid ingredients according to production specifications
n
Following recipes and production instructions accurately
n
Completing batch documentation, paperwork and production records
n
Packing and palletising finished products
n
Working within a temperature-controlled production environment
n
Cleaning and sanitising machinery and production areas
n
Performing basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance
n
Identifying and reporting production issues to production leaders
n
Supporting production, quality and safety requirements
n




Regularly standing, walking, bending and lifting materials weighing ***** kg
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous process worker or machine operating experience, essential
n
Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands‐on approach
n
Positive computer skills
n
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and workplace safety standards
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow recipes and procedures
n
A proactive and reliable attitude
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
The physical capacity to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks
n
