department to join our progressive team. The Clinic Lead will provide leadership to the O&G; unit at Swan Hill District Health supporting continual improvement to the services provided.

Key Selection Criteria For This Role
n
n
Specialist Registration with the Medical Board of Australia and have fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists.
n
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of clinical governance and the underpinning framework for safety and quality in health care.
n




Demonstrated effective communication skills in dealing with patients, their relatives and professional colleagues.
n
Knowledge of continuous quality improvement activities relevant to practice within clinical discipline.
n
