The Role
n
The incoming partner will work across a combination of the following (depending on specialisation) - commercial property transactions — acquisitions, disposals, and structuring for institutional, private and corporate clients; and/or development advisory — project structuring, joint ventures, development agreements and staged delivery; and or leasing.
n
The role carries genuine leadership responsibilities, including supervision and mentoring of junior lawyers and active participation in the partnership.

About You
n
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner who is ready for a strategic move and can demonstrate the following:
n
***** years' post‐admission experience with a substantive real estate focus
n
Deep technical capability across commercial property transactions, development, or planning
n
A portable practice with a current book of business exceeding $1.2M+
n
Established client relationships with developers, investors, institutions, government or corporate occupiers
n
A track record of business development and the profile to continue building at a new firm
n
Experience from a top‐tier, leading mid‐tier or well‐regarded specialist real estate firm
n
The commercial instinct and interpersonal credibility to operate effectively within a collegiate partnership
n
