Lead Management Executive + Web Designer + Video Content Creator

Lead Creator, Websdesigner and Video content Creator
n
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive and results-driven professional who can take ownership of lead management, website development and digital content creation.
n
This is a multi-skilled role where Lead Management is the primary responsibility, supported by website management and video/content creation.
n
1. Lead Management & Digital Marketing – Primary Responsibility
n
n
Manage incoming leads from Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and website enquiries
n
Respond to new leads promptly and professionally
n
Follow up leads through phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email
n
Maintain regular follow-ups until leads are booked, converted or closed
n
Update CRM with lead status, notes and next actions
n
Track the complete journey from Lead → Contact → Appointment → Conversion
n
Monitor lead quality and identify opportunities to improve conversion
n
Work with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
n
Monitor key campaign metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions and cost per acquisition
n
Maintain and improve lead-management workflows and automations
n
Provide regular reports on leads, appointments, conversions and campaign performance
n
n
2. Web Design & WordPress Management
n
n
Design, develop and maintain WordPress websites
n
Create professional and conversion-focused landing pages
n
Update website content, images, videos, forms and banners
n
Improve website layout, speed and user experience
n




Basic SEO and Google Analytics knowledge
n
Integrate website forms with CRM and lead-management systems
n
Troubleshoot basic WordPress and website issues
n
Ensure lead tracking and enquiry forms are working correctly
n
n
3. Video Content Creation & Social Media
n
n
Create and edit professional Reels, Shorts and promotional videos
n
Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
n
Convert long-form videos into engaging short-form content
n
Add captions, graphics, transitions, music and branding
n
Create thumbnails and social media graphics
n
Schedule and publish social media content
n
Repurpose content across multiple digital platforms
n
n
Preferred tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or similar.
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong experience in lead management and lead conversion
n
Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
n
Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
n
Strong WordPress/web design skills
n
Good video editing and content creation capabilities
n
Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing
n
Excellent written and spoken English
n
Solid follow-up and communication skills
n
Highly organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities
n
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
n
