Melbourne or Sydney CBD | 3-6 Month Contracts | Hybrid

We are currently looking for experienced Cyber Security Architects / Security Architects to support complex technology projects and security initiatives.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Develop and review cyber security architectures, solution designs, security controls and patterns.
n
Identify security threats, risks and control gaps, and recommend practical and implementable solutions.
n
Provide security architecture and SME guidance across projects, BAU activities and technology initiatives.
n
Translate business, functional and non-functional requirements into appropriate security solutions.
n
Conduct security reviews and contribute to security governance, standards, strategies and architecture roadmaps.
n
Work closely with technology teams, engineers, developers, project teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.
n
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to delivery teams.
n
Maintain security architecture documentation, design artefacts and knowledge bases.
n




Work across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
n
About You:
n
Strong experience in Cyber Security Architecture, Security Architecture, Cyber Security Design or Security Consulting.
n
Good understanding of security threats, risks, controls and enterprise security principles.
n
Experience working across complex technology environments and multiple projects.
n
Solid communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
Pragmatic, analytical and outcomes-focused approach to security and solution design.
n
Experience working with technology partners, vendors and third parties.
n
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, CISM or SC-100 would be advantageous.
n
