As a
Griller
, you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, working over live flame to prepare premium cuts with precision and consistency. You'll take pride in mastering the grill, ensuring every steak, skewer, and coal-fired dish is cooked to perfection and delivered with bold Hunter & Barrel flavour.

What we are looking for:
At least 1 year experience on a flame or charcoal grill
Able to accurately work to standards and recipes
A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience.
A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification is beneficial
Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
