All Souls St Gabriels School is seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Receptionist to join our Administration team. As the first point of contact for students, families, staff, visitors, and community members, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth operation of the School's Main Administration Office.

Reporting to the Business Manager, this role combines frontline reception duties with administrative support in a dynamic school environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Key requirements include:

Experience in a reception or customer service role within a large organisation
n




Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
n
A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and legal right to work in Australia
n
n
