Play a key role in delivering and maintaining essential road, stormwater and flood mitigation infrastructure across Tweed Shire.
n
Contribute to projects that support one of Australia's fastest-growing regional communities.

Provide technical input into infrastructure planning, traffic management and development assessment activities.

Work within a team-oriented and customer-focused team committed to delivering high-quality services.

Help balance infrastructure outcomes with Council's strong commitment to environmental sustainability.

a base salary ranging from $68,487 per annum with competency-based increments up to $78,468 per annum, plus 12% super

76 hour, 9 day fortnight

We are seeking:
n
n
Trade-qualified mechanic with at least four years of hands-on workshop experience, including your apprenticeship
n
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a small, customer-focused team
n
Solid understanding of fleet operations, vehicle systems and electronic management systems
n
Strong ability to interpret manuals, follow job instructions and maintain accurate records
n
Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to workplace procedures
n
Current Medium Rigid (MR) driver licence
n
