About You
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
n
Registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
n
At least two years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
n
Experiencementoring
junior consultantsin an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
n
Passionate about stakeholder management and pride yourself on effective communication skills
n

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors & Social Workers providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development
n
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
n
Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
n
Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
n
