About the Role
n
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, seamless, and positive experience.
n Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Greeting customers and managing service bookings
n
Consulting with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repair requirements
n
Preparing repair orders and job documentation
n
Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
n
Providing updates on vehicle progress and completion times
n
Preparing service estimates and invoices
n
Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
n
Promoting additional services and maintenance recommendations where appropriate
n
Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the service process
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role,



you will have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
n
A professional and customer-centric approach
n
The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
n
Strong computer and administration skills
n
Experience using dealership management systems (desirable)
n
A current driver's licence
n
