Are you a solutions-focused Electrician looking for your next challenge?

We're seeking a capable and innovative Electrician to join our high performing team. You'll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Lead and coordinate day-to-day site construction activities while remaining hands‐on in the delivery of electrical works.
n
Supervise, mentor and support electrical tradespeople and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
n
Deliver industrial electrical and HV works safely, efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
n
Work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to meet project timelines, budgets and client expectations.
n
Plan, organise and monitor site resources, materials and labour to ensure effective project delivery.
n
Manage construction schedules, identify risks and implement solutions to keep works progressing.
n
Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety requirements, procedures and standards.
n
Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative ways to enhance project outcomes, productivity and quality.
n
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications,



regulatory requirements and quality standards.
n

What you'll bring:
n
n
5+ years' experience in electrical industrial projects
n
Experience in Water industry or High Voltage
n
Experience with complicated, technical projects
n
A thorough understanding of PLC/Control systems an advantage
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong organisational and people management skills
n
Energy, drive and attention to detail
n
Advanced problem-solving skills
n
A willingness to work away from home, when required
n
