About the Role
n
Working alongside our Food & Beverage team, you'll help prepare and deliver quality food while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety and service.
n
You'll also play an important role in maintaining food hygiene and WHS standards, managing food costs and helping minimise wastage.
n




These positions work across a adaptable 7-day roster, with approximately 2-3 weekdays plus one weekend day required. Wherever possible, hours will be allocated in collaboration with you.
n
About You
n
We're looking for experienced chefs who are passionate about food, enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in what they do.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
n
A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
n
A genuine passion for food and quality service
n
Restaurant and/or banquet food preparation experience
n
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
Knowledge of kitchen protocols and food safety standards, including HACCP
n
A proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
