Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of the store
n
Lead, mentor, and develop both Front of House and Back of House teams
n
Build a positive, productive, and customer focused workplace culture
n
Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs and daily staffing requirements
n
Monitor stock levels, ordering, wastage, and inventory control
n
Ensure food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies are consistently followed
n
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and customer service
n
Work closely with senior management to achieve sales, operational, and business goals
n
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing staff training
n
Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience
