Job Description
Lead the day to day maintenance of the park and keep every cabin, tiny home, site and shared area secure, tidy and guest ready.

Key responsibilities
n

Run the maintenance roster and hand out the day's jobs
n
Keep maintenance schedule up to date, including work orders and regular checks
n
Look after grounds: mowing, gardens, paths and roads
n
Daily pool testing and record keeping
n
Book and manage tradies when a job needs a licence
n
Keep tools, gear and consumables in order
n
Help with new home and cabin installs
n
Be a friendly face for guests and residents
n
n
About you
n
n
Handy and practical, with a solid track record in maintenance or grounds work
n
Have led a small team or ready to step up
n
Comfortable using an app to log and close out jobs
n
Driver's licence essential, White Card and pool operations certificate a bonus
n
Fit, organised and calm when the park is busy
n
Happy to do some weekend and public holiday work in peak times
