We are seeking a chef or cook to join our Kitchen team at Terrey Hills on a casual basis.
n
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager / Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering daily food production, maintaining food safety and hygiene requirements, and supporting kitchen operations. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate robust organisation, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver high-quality food for our venue
n
Support menu execution and assist with service improvements
n
Maintain strict compliance with Food Safety regulations
n
Operate and care for brand-new kitchen equipment and facilities
n
Contribute to a positive kitchen culture and excellent customer experiences
n
n

Qualifications
n

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent trade qualification) for Chef roles
n
Prior experience in kitchen or café operations is essential
n
Food Safety Supervisor, Food Handling and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistent quality
n
