Job Description
As a Customer Care Team Member, your work will directly support patient safety, comfort and care. This is a hands-on, practical role where you'll spend part of your day on the road, but mostly in a healthcare setting, delivering, collecting, and supporting the setup of critical medical equipment.

Key responsibilities

Driving a company vehicle to deliver and collect medical equipment from hospitals and aged care facilities across Melbourne and regional Victoria
n
Setting up equipment where required, sometimes right at a patient's bedside
n
Building strong, respectful relationships with nurses, ward clerks and healthcare teams
n
Ensuring all deliveries are documented using a tablet and simple paperwork
n
Following safe manual handling and OH&S; procedures when loading and unloading equipment
n
Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality and care in every interaction
n

About you
n
n
Confident driving a larger vehicle and navigating around Melbourne (Full Victorian driver's licence essential)
n
Physically fit and happy to be on your feet, repetitive lifting, pushing and moving equipment throughout your shift
n
Positive, respectful attitude when dealing with healthcare staff,



patients and colleagues
n
Can work independently, think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities
n
Confident using a tablet or mobile device for delivery tracking
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Current or willingness to obtain Police Check and Working With Children Check
n
Up-to-date annual flu vaccinations (mandatory for work in healthcare settings)
n
Availability to work weekday shifts (Between Monday and Friday) with flexibility to work a variety of shift lengths and start/finish times as required
