What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Lead as Manager on Duty, set clear priorities and keep the operation moving
n
Coach and develop team members while recognising strong performance
n
Maintain high standards across service, presentation and the guest experience
n
Oversee liquor, gaming, safety and operational compliance
n
Support labour management, stock control, cash handling and venue reporting
n
Identify practical improvements and work with the leadership team to put them into action
n

Who We're Looking For
n
n




Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar hospitality venue
n
Experience coordinating multiple areas during busy service periods
n
Confidence making decisions and taking ownership
n
A clear, fair communicator who can set expectations and develop people
n
Confidence with venue administration, cash management and reporting
n
Current Queensland RSA, RSG and CLO; RMLV and Approved Manager Licence are highly regarded
n
This role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
