Position: Support Worker in Sydney & Wollongong
n
Responsibilities:
n
Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their daily activities
n
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
n
Support clients with mobility and physical exercises
n
Help with household tasks and meal preparation
n
Offer companionship and emotional support
n
Monitor and report on clients' health and well-being
n
Requirements:
n
Speak fluent English - Essential
n
Experience in Mental Health & Complex Behaviour - Highly regarded
n
Experience with working with immobile participants - Highly regarded
n




Experienced in Medication Administration
n
Competent in reading / following care plans, writing and documenting accurate detailed shift notes & incident reports.
n
Valid Australian Driver's License & own reliable transport
n
Experience with Manual Handling
n
Reliable, well-presented with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Support Work
n
NDIS clearance
n
First Aid & CPR certification
n
Police Check
n
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
Excellent English verbal communication skills
n
NDIS orientation modules
n
Infection Control cert
n
Must have full working rights to work in Australia
n
