About You
n
You're a Property Manager who takes ownership.
n You're organised, proactive and professional.
n You communicate confidently,



solve problems before they scale and understand that great property management is built on trust.
n You're capable operating autonomously and managing the end-to-end functions of the portfolio.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous residential property management experience
n
Trust accounting knowledge
n
NCAT and tribunal experience
n
Confidence managing landlords, tenants, trades and contractors
n
Strong technology skills and comfort with online platforms and property management software
n
PropertyMe experience (highly regarded)
n
Current NSW Real Estate Licence (preferred) or working towards completing your Cert IV studies
n
Commercial property experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
n

Full-time or part-time flexibility - this team have the ability to be flexible for the right person. If part-time, ideally you can cover Tuesday, Thursday, Friday however can accommodate shorter working days.
