About the Role
n
Make a meaningful difference with the delivery of compassionate person-centred care in our palliative care ward supporting patients, families and colleagues.
n
n
Deliver safe, person centred palliative care
n
Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
n
Support students, Assistants in Nursing and Enrolled Nurses
n
Build strong partnerships across health services
n
n
About You
n
To thrive in this role, you'll bring sound nursing practice and a caring, team focused approach.
n
n
Registered Nurse with current or eligible practising certificate
n
Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and standards
n
Robust communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
n
Commitment to consumer and family centred care
n
Knowledge of legislation, nursing standards and quality systems
n
