About the Role
n
As Membership Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members and a trusted presence for existing ones. You'll manage enquiries, guide the onboarding process, support reporting and help foster the sense of connection, engagement and belonging that makes Tattersall's more than just a club.

The ability to work flexibly, calmly and efficiently under pressure
n
Exceptional personal presentation and high-quality customer service skills
n
Confidence liaising across a broad range of stakeholders
n
Strong attention to detail and planning ability
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
n
Experience in membership acquisition programs and engagement journeys
n
Event management experience is a bonus, not essential
n
3 years' experience in membership or customer service role
n
A proven track record of driving membership growth
n
