As our Security division grows, we're looking for a dynamic, high-energy Client Services Manager to manage a portfolio of both premium retail sites, concentrating on officer wellbeing, operational efficiency and asset security.

About the Role
n
Joining a successful team of CSM's you be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across multiple sites, while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting frontline teams.
n
Reporting to the Regional Security Manager, this position is ideal for a security professional looking to progress into broader operational management of both security officers and clients alike.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own day-to-day operations across multiple premium sites
n
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and onsite stakeholders
n
Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews
n
Ensure staffing levels and site procedures meet contractual requirements
n
Manage incidents, issues, and escalations professionally
n
Support mobilisation of new sites and contract transitions
n
Monitor KPIs, service standards, and client satisfaction
n
Manage site based P&L; performance, pay reports and forecasting
n
Identify service improvement and upsell opportunities
n

People & Performance
n

Lead and support site supervisors and frontline officers
n
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention
n
Promote professionalism, presentation, and customer service standards
n
Support staff during and after incidents, including reporting requirements
n
Attend client and staff social events when required
n
n
Compliance & Commercial Focus
n
n
Ensure compliance with licensing, WHS, Awards, and company procedures
n
Review rosters for efficiency, budget alignment, and contractual compliance
n
Monitor overtime, leave balances, and cost controls
n
Contribute to client reporting and contract reviews
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience as an Account Manager, Operations Coordinator, or large/multi-site leader in security role
n
Background in premium retail or commercial property environments highly regarded
n
Robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills
n
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sites
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Certificate IV in Security Operations, Security Risk Management, or WHS desirable
n
Current SA State security licence
n
Working knowledge of Awards and rostering principles
n
n
