We are seeking compassionate, reliable and committed Personal Care Workers who hold HLTHPS007 – Administer and Monitor Medication Certificate to join our care team.

About the Role

$***** base rate + Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, plus 12% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents in line with their individual care plans.
n
Administer and monitor medications in accordance with HLTHPS007 training
n
Support residents with mobility, meals, hygiene, grooming and social engagement.
n
Promote dignity, independence, choice and meaningful connection for every resident.
n
Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection prevention, safety and manual handling procedures.
n
Adhere to infection prevention, workplace health and safety, and quality standards
n
n
About You
n
n
HLTHPS007 – Administer and Monitor Medications is essential.
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability, or Current nursing students who have successfully completed a
Pharmacology/Medication
Administration unit and are eligible to administer medications within their scope of practice.
n
A genuine commitment to person-centred care.
n
Strong communication skills and a respectful, team-focused approach.
n
Reliability and availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays where required.
n
Ability to complete required pre-employment checks, including a police check and pre-employment medical.
n
