n Chef Maldini Cafe Pizza Restaurant is looking for an experienced Full Time Chef to join their team The right candidate will be in charge of the following
duties/responsibilities:
n
n
Planning menus, study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
n
Estimate food/menu costs and manage the budget
n
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
n
Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
n
Preparing and cooking food in a timely manner
n
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
n
Hire, train and manage kitchen staff
n
Check freshness of food and monitor food stock
n
Manage the stocks levels and the orders
n
Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry,



vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
n
Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
n
Ensure appealing plate presentation and assume responsibility for the quality of products served.
n
n
Requirement:
n
n
Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
n
At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
n

n

Position: Full-time (at least 38 hours per week) Working location: ***** Tench Avenue Jamisontown NSW **** Salary range: $76,000- $90,000 per year
