We're now on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy, partnerships, and commercial performance across venues and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead sales and partnership strategies across our hospitality and digital brands (ZHost, Zinga, Alby, Goldroom).
n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including B2B, corporate events, catering, functions, and online product expansion.
n
Develop strategic plans to increase revenue across accommodation, F&B;, merchandise, and marketplace listings.
n
Manage existing client relationships while expanding the customer and vendor base.
n
Collaborate with venue managers and digital teams to create campaigns, promotions, and activations.
n
Support grant writing, proposals,



and tenders aligned with business innovation and growth goals.
n
Monitor industry trends and performance metrics to evaluate ROI and make data-driven decisions.
n
Attend industry events and networking functions to represent Aspire Hospitality Group.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial partnerships within hospitality, retail, or tech.
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
n
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage projects end-to-end.
n
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales reporting.
n
Experience with multi-venue or platform businesses is an advantage.
n
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid workplace.
