Your primary responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating CNC machines and edgebanders for precise cabinet component production
n
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and meets our high-quality standards
n
Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to keep operations running smoothly
n
Collaborating with the team to maintain workflow and meet production deadlines
n
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly reliable and punctual individual with a strong background in cabinetry or joinery. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience operating CNC machines in a cabinetry or joinery setting
n
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision
n
The ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
n
A proactive,
self-motivated approach to work
n
A strong focus on workplace health and safety
n
A forklift license and extensive machinery troubleshooting and maintenance experience would be highly regarded
n
