Gough Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties in the Sutherland Shire. You will focus on leasing, owner and tenant communication, and solid relationship management while avoiding heavy admin.

The successful candidate brings around 10 years in residential property management, COR, and a proactive, organized approach. The role offers Monday–Friday hours, occasional half Saturdays, and a package up to AUD 110,000
