We're looking for an experienced Sales Design Consultant to join our market-leading first-floor addition company.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with formal home design training who can combine creativity, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills to help homeowners transform their homes.

The Role
n
You'll guide clients from their initial enquiry through consultation, site visit and design concept, helping them understand what's possible within their home and budget.
n
Key responsibilities include:

Consult with homeowners to understand their needs, vision and budget.
n
Conduct site visits and assess project opportunities.
n
Develop and present design concepts.
n
Prepare project briefs for our estimating team.
n
Guide clients through materials, finishes and fixtures.
n
Build strong client relationships and manage sales opportunities.
n
Get Owners to commit to going ahead with design & construct offer you have negotiated with them.
n

About You
n
n
3+ years' sales experience - home improvement, construction or design preferred.
n
Strong design sensibility and understanding of spatial planning.
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness.
n
Highly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities.
n
Robust understanding of residential construction.
n
