Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and motivate a large team within a high-volume, big-box retail setting
n
Coordinate promotional events, supplier activations, and store campaigns
n




Build strong customer relationships while driving sales and store performance
n
Collaborate with the Franchise Owner and leadership team to enhance operations
n
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
n
Flexibility to work occasional weekends for key store events
n

What We're Looking For

Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within hardware or big-box retail
n
A strong focus on people development, culture, and customer service
n
Highly organised, operationally astute, and confident managing multiple systems
n
Experience with Pronto and Tanda (highly regarded)
n
Hands-on approach, comfortable in a physically active retail environment
n
Passionate about learning, growth, and delivering results
