We are seeking a motivated M365 Support Analyst to support a large Defence environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to build hands‐on experience across Microsoft 365 technologies in a secure, enterprise setting.

Canberra (Reid) or Melbourne (CBD or Laverton) or Adelaide

Onsite requirement: Minimum 4 days per week (5 days preferred)

Must be an Australian Citizen

NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance required

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide support to users and business areas across Microsoft 365 services
n
Troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
n
Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system
n
SupportandadministerM365
services including:n
n
Exchange Online
n
SharePoint
n
Microsoft Teams
n
Intune
n
OneDrive for Business
n
Azure Active Directory
n
n
Work collaboratively within a hybrid, multi-location team
n
Maintain transparent and professional communication with stakeholders
n




Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
n
Participate in an on-call roster (including holiday periods if required)
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
0-3 years' experience in Microsoft 365 technologies (Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune)
n
Experience in an ICT support, service desk, or managed services environment
n
Exposure to enterprise desktop/endpoint support (desirable)
n
Familiarity with:n
n
SCCM / MECM / Windows 365 (desirable)
n
Application packaging and deployment (desirable)
n
Basic PowerShell scripting or automation (desirable)
n
n
Experience working in Defence or large government environments (advantageous)
n
n
