WesTrac Port Hedland is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a 29-person team, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency in maintenance of CAT engines. You will manage work orders, scheduling and compliance with WesTrac and Caterpillar standards, while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role offers FIFO or residential arrangements, a 9 days on / 5 days off roster, and opportunities to mentor and develop trades professionals within a heavy industrial setting.
