About the role
n
This is a practical, hands‐on Workshop & Trade Assistant role for someone who can get in, get the job done and help keep everything clean and organised at a busy Rocklea workshop.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Washing and cleaning machinery
n
Keeping the workshop, wash bay and yard clean and tidy
n
Organising parts, stock and workshop supplies
n
Collecting parts and supplies from local suppliers
n
Putting away deliveries and preparing parts for upcoming jobs
n
Assisting mechanics with general workshop tasks
n
Other general duties as required
n

About you
n
n
Reliable, punctual and willing to work
n
Organised and able to use initiative
n
Comfortable completing physical and outdoor work
n
Willing to wash machinery and keep the workshop clean
n
Able to follow instructions and work independently
n
Hold a current driver's licence
n
Previous experience in a workshop, warehouse, parts, machinery or trade‐assistant role would be helpful but is not essential
n
