What you'll do

As a CTP Claims Advisor, you'll be the helping hand for customers as they navigate the CTP scheme and recover from their injuries.

You'll
n
n
Manage day-to-day activities across a portfolio of claims
n
Build robust relationships with customers and provide regular updates throughout their claim
n
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including medical and allied health professionals
n
Gather and review information to make informed decisions around treatment and care
n
Support customers through what can be a challenging and vulnerable time
n
Maintain accurate records and meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements
n
n
About You
n
You'll bring a customer-first mindset and the resilience to support people through challenging circumstances.
n
We're Looking For
n
n
Strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills
n
Experience in healthcare, medical reception, allied health, general reception or sales will be highly regarded.
n
Previous insurance or claims experience is desirable, but not essential.
n
A great phone manner and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
n




The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Confidence using technology and learning new systems
n
A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
