We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our close-knit, fun and dynamic team in Bondi Junction. This is a hybrid role, working in office 3 days per week.
n
This role will play a key part in the creative process, from brainstorming innovative packaging concepts to creating prototypes and ensuring top-notch production quality. Your work will help our products stand out on shelves and in the hands of consumers.

Responsibilities include:
n
n
Designing and developing visually compelling packaging, marketing materials, digital content, and advertisements for our pharmaceutical and baby snack products.
n
Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to create cohesive and impactful branding and promotional campaigns.
n
Maintaining brand consistency across all design projects.
n
Staying updated with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
n




Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
n
Playing a key role in adjusting and developing new product designs.
n
Assist in managing the workflow and coordination of the design team.
n
n
The Ideal Candidate Has:
n
n
At least 3 experience in graphic design within an agency setting.
n
Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
n
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
n
Experience with pre-press and print production.
n
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
n
Understanding of packaging creation, including working with manufacturers and printers, and understanding how design translates to physical products.
n
Previous experience in packaging and marketing for pharmaceuticals and/or baby snacks.
n
Interest in creating video content and using Canva.
